Honestly, there really isn't much pep in red bell peppers. They do definitely taste good though. As I was getting dinner ready tonight I was thinking about what I could take a picture of. As I sliced the top off this pepper, my picture presented itself. I just thought the shape and the colors were very neat. Hey, it's even red and green for the holidays!-G
