At least, it was beer...This is the bottom of the primary fermentation bucket after all the beer has been siphoned out into the secondary fermenter. What you see there is the trub and a bag that holds the hops. This all gets discarded. Now, I get to wait a couple more weeks (if I can) before I bottle and keg it.
