Finally, after all my efforts, I've been able to relax and have a homebrew. It's excellent, better than I expected. For some reason it's better than my friends expected too. Is that a compliment? I don't think so. Anyway, after weeks of wating I've tapped into my first batch of beer I've brewed it's been a long wait but I must say, I'm sure there will be many more that follow.-G
